I am beyond excited to be a part of Payson High School's drama department! This is my 5th year doing tech, but it is also my first year acting! I am so excited to help the theatre department move towards another great year!!!

Hello! I am Hadlie Baxter and I am head of costumes this year! Theatre has always been a huge part of my life and I can't wait to continue to be a part of the program in such a huge way! I'm really looking forward to all the shows we're doing such as Footloose, Addams Family and The Music Man! It's going to be a great year! <3

I love doing anything and everything creative; from crochet to knitting to makeup! I loved doing makeup for Tarzan last year and my DREAM is to design the hair and makeup for the witch in Into The Woods! I'm most excited to get to know everyone in theatre and have a memorable senior year!

I have been teaching Theatre for 23 years. 17 of those years in Nebo School District- ten at Mt. Nebo Jr. High School and six years at Payson High School. I love working at PHS and adore my talented Drama Lion students. I was awarded a Teacher of the Year award with the Nebo School District and love my job! I have a Bachelor's degree from Weber State University in Musical Theatre Composite and a professional teaching license in Theatre, Speech and English. I also have a Masters Degree in Education from Southern Utah University. I've served on the UACTT State board (Utah Advisory Council for Theatre Teachers) and I'm a Theatre Coach and Advisor in the International Theatre Thespian Society: PHS Troupe #1025!
