Hannah Bibler will be a senior and loves to act.  Some of her previous leading roles have been Kira in Xanadu, Belle in Beauty and the Beast, Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Nina in Woman and Wallace. She will be playing Elsa in Frozen Jr this year with our drama lions.  She won first place in monologues at Shakespeare competition in 2017 and 2019 and first place in classical scenes at State competition 2019.   Hannah performed as Nina in the state chosen one act Women and Wallace in Lincoln, Nebraska. She also sang the national anthem at the 2019 and 2020 Fiesta Days Rodeo and the Runtastic Events Half Marathon 2020. Her love and passion for the theatre arts grows, ever increasing throughout high school and beyond.


Vice President

Aeva is a senior, and in her 3rd year on the ITS Vice President’s Scholarly list.  Aeva is cast as Anna in the upcoming production of Frozen Jr with real life BFF at her side.  Aeva competed at ITS in musical theatre last summer as well as playing Victoria, Sarah, and Lily in the showcased performance of Women & Wallace.  Other past roles include Scooby-Doo, Medda Larkin in Newsies, Henry V, Rose in Enchanted April, Miss Hannigan in Annie, and Shakespeare’s Lancelot Gobo.  Playing Pumbaa in Lion King Jr. has been by far her favorite role with her sidekick Goober.  Aeva is the eldest of 4 siblings and a positive example to friends and family.  She is on NHS, plays the viola, loves to dance, and lettered with the PHS varsity swim team.  She plans on attending Snow College next fall then onto SUU.  Thanks to Riv, Hedgehog, and Ostrich for always standing by me.



Kara is a junior at Payson High School.  She is so excited to be on the council this year and wants to give it her all!  Kara starred as Juda’s Wife in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. She is most excited for Frozen Jr as she will be playing Sven.  Some of her favorite musicals are “Sponge Bob the Musical” and “The Music Man”.  Kara strives to have good grades and strong friendships.  Kara loves being on stage and in the spotlight.  She is thrilled to make the most out of 2020-2021!


Stage Manager

Maycen has been involved with theatre since he was a wee bairn.  His ties with Payson Community Theatre run generations helping backstage with sets, lights, sound, and props.  His master technician skills have given him the opportunity to run an amazing crew of people this year as Stage Manager.  His favorite show involvement by far was Jekyll & Hyde participating in both the PCT and PHS productions.  Maycen is a senior and wants to go into the culinary arts after graduation.  Thank you mom and grandma for always standing by me.  Love you!

Bre is so excited to join Theatre Ambassadors as a sophomore this year.


VP Publicity

Sydney is a junior at Payson High School and this is her first year in theatre council.  She has carried a love for theatre all of her life.  Some of her favorite roles throughout the years have been Annelle from Steel Magnolias, Narrator from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Queen Margret for a Shakespeare rap trio scene in 2019, and ensemble for PCT’s Addams Family and Marry Poppins.  She is so excited for the year ahead and the many new shows and characters she gets to play. She is so thankful she’s be given this role on council and hopes to make this year the best yet! 


VP Digital Media

Micah is a junior this year and one of the kindest and most positive people we have in the theatre department.  He is friends with everyone and is always looking to make new ones.  Micah's infectious humor brings a smile to many especially his GUFFAWs anytime.  Micah recently brought the house down with his sultry portrayal of Simeon in Those Canaan Days in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.  Micah is cast as Senor O'Brien in Freaky Friday and Hans in Frozen Jr. in PHS' upcoming productions.  It's no wonder his spirit animal is a squirrel. 


VP Membership

Tori has a passion for theatre and helping her friends.  She will always be there to lend a helping hand and to just be a friend.  Her past experience in theatre includes being in the shows Arsenic & Old Lace, The Wizard of Oz, Oklahoma!, 42nd Street, and Payson Juniors Shakespeare 2018 and 2019 teams.  She is excited to see what her future in theatre holds for her and she is excited to be on the 2020-2021 theatre council. 



Alexis is a junior and has a love for the tech side of theatre, especially lighting. This is her second year in PHS Theatre and her first year as an Ambassador. Alexis' versatile talents behind the curtain make her an essential team member of the PHS Stage Crew.  Alexis has participated backstage with Steel Magnolias, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and NEWSIES!  Her favorite shows she has done tech for have been Frankenstein at ALA and Steel Magnolias.  She is super excited to see where theatre takes her in these last years of high school and is thankful for all those who support her along the way.


Social Chair

Thomas is a senior and has a flair for Asian culture as our resident exchange student from Japan.  His uncanny beatbox rhythms released from his lips bring crowds to their feet and women swooning.  Thomas portrayed Jack Kelly in NEWSIES! this past fall and is playing Adam in Freaky Friday and Mr. Oaken in Frozen Jr.  Thank you to my continued partner in crime, Ellie, there always to support me.


Thespian Representative

Hi! My name is Elysa Jorgensen, but you can call me Ellie. I am the Thespian Representative this year. I am so excited to kick off my Junior year with some fun activities and shows. I hope to meet tons of new people this year and help them feel welcome in the theatre department. Please feel free to come and say hello to me anytime!


Class Representative

Hailey is a calm and sincere person who will always help you with your theatre needs. She is always there to lend an ear or hand and help you reach your goals. She is very excited to join the Drama Lions' family this year.

Ellora has always loved theatre and has been a sucker for the stage since she was little. She has taken part in shows such as 42nd Street, and The Wizard of Oz at Payson Jr. High as well as being a part of Payson High School's production of Newsies. Ellora has also enjoyed participating in Shakespeare competitions for the past 2 years. She is very excited to be a part of Payson High School's 2020-2021 Theatre Council.
